About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver with Active Clearance in Merrimack, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or conditions that could impact operations, helping to deter disruption and support site protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports on incidents, patrol activity, and/or notable observations, and follow post orders related to visitor processing, badge verification, and restricted-area procedures.
