As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Clatskanie, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving position includes operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal policy. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and document entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and notification protocols.
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
