As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
  • Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience OR prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns.
  • Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and common areas, assisting with access control procedures and directing guests according to site protocols.
  • Support day-to-day operations by communicating with property management and/or first responders when needed, while maintaining detailed logs, reports, and shift activity records.
