As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Chambersburg, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a retail location, you will drive and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and associates. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and deliver exceptional service. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Valid Driver's License: All candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the relevant state or territory regulations.
• The driver's license must be current and not expired at the time of application.
• Candidates must provide a copy of their driver's license during the application process.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate site personnel.
• Assist with access control, customer interactions, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
