About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Driving Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication. This role offers the chance to stay active, respond to site needs, and represent Allied Universal with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a chemical and petrochemical environment.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, administrative buildings, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report access control concerns in accordance with site protocols.
  • Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining post records, and communicating noteworthy activity during shift changes and/or with Allied Universal leadership.
