As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas through routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to ride a bike is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verify authorized access when required, and document security-related events, observations, and/or incidents in a clear and timely manner.
• Support daily property operations by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other concerns that could affect tenants, visitors, and staff.
