As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position includes operating in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document entries, exits, and deliveries.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when required.
  • Complete accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
