About The Position

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Pryor, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control, visitor processing, and directing personnel during disruptions.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, yards, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or irregular conditions.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, alarms, and equipment issues, and complete required documentation such as incident reports, shift logs, and patrol activity records.
• Coordinate with site personnel and local responders as needed, support outbound and inbound traffic flow during peak shipping and receiving periods, and assist with investigating lost and found or property concerns per site policy.
