As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Luxury Apartments in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Security Officer, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols throughout a residential community, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will respond to concerns, report observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity in accordance with property procedures.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
