As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Greendale, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support a welcoming environment through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site leadership and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or mobile patrols throughout the shopping center, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and public spaces while observing visitor activity and assisting with directional support, lost and found inquiries, and other customer service needs.
• Document daily activity, incidents, and policy-related concerns in required reports, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership, property staff, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
