As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned food and beverage locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, respond promptly to situations, and provide clear communication to guests and team members. This role is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the site as needed. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment within the food and beverage facility.
Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and management, addressing inquiries and directing individuals as needed.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.
