As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activity in and around the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as required by site protocols.
Assist with crowd management and access control during events or periods of increased activity at the location.
