As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a commercial real estate location. Your role includes monitoring assigned areas, supporting access control, and providing outstanding customer service. This position requires driving responsibilities as part of your daily duties. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
Assist with controlling access to the premises by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related issues and support a secure environment.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
