As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling in a vehicle as well as on foot. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while adhering to procedures specific to the environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats in and around the industrial site.
Support access control by monitoring entry and exit points, and verifying identification as required.
Assist with enforcing site rules and regulations in a professional manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership to address security-related concerns and support operational needs.
