Requirements

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Possess supervisory experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter of the location.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations.
Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by documenting observations, assisting with access control, and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
