As a Security Officer Patrol Documentation in Chino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a logistics and distribution location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report unusual activity, support access control, and deliver professional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution location, including the building perimeter, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and access points, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and drivers, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, and communicate professionally with warehouse personnel, transportation teams, contractors, and emergency responders as needed.
