As a Security Officer Patrol / Dispatcher in Canyon Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will monitor assigned areas through routine vehicle and bicycle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to support residents and visitors while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with teamwork and integrity.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• The ability to ride a bike is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, streets, amenities, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support an orderly residential environment.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation related to security-related operations.
