As a Security Officer Patrol Detail in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Nice To Haves

• A current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
• A current guard card and/or license is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assisting with access control, visitor interactions, and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations through proper channels.
