About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Compliance in Catoosa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate construction location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a caring, team-oriented culture while working with agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity in an environment with limited on-site facilities.

Requirements

  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate construction location.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of construction areas, building perimeters, parking areas, access points, and common areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized entry.
  • Monitor site access by observing visitors, contractors, deliveries, and/or vehicles, and communicate access-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.
  • Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
