Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Proof of High School Diploma or GED (C137):Candidates must submit a copy of their high school diploma or GED certificate as part of the application process. This documentation is essential to verify educational qualifications.
  • Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):Candidates should have prior experience in access control or badge management. This experience is crucial for roles that involve security and access management within our facilities.
  • CPR Certification (B205):Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. Free training is provided by Allied Universal for those who do not currently hold this certification. It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure they are certified before their start date.
  • Customer Service Experience (B219):Candidates should demonstrate previous customer service experience. This is vital for roles that require interaction with clients and the public, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help support adherence to visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, parking areas, and perimeter, noting and reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
  • Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with site-specific reporting procedures.
