As a Security Officer Patrol Access Control in FOREST, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, team-oriented culture built on integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Preferred ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, vendors, and vehicles in accordance with site requirements.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to assigned duties.
