As a Security Officer Patrol Access Control in FOREST, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, team-oriented culture built on integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, vendors, and vehicles in accordance with site requirements.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to assigned duties.
