As a Security Officer Patrol Access Control in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. This role involves working as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and support a secure environment through strong customer service and communication. You will help to deter incidents, remain visible, and contribute to daily operations with a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that values integrity and teamwork.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify entry and exit activity for staff, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors in accordance with location protocols.
• Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, checking gates, doors, and/or restricted areas, and completing required logs and incident reports accurately and on time.
