Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper channels when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
Monitor entry and exit activity, observe conditions at the location, and report unusual behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to help support daily operations.
Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and documentation of incidents, observations, and/or routine activities in accordance with site expectations.
