Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a dynamic entertainment location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support guests with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in security-related work, law enforcement, military police, or military service.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an entertainment-focused location.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff and local authorities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including activity areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
  • Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter unauthorized access, disturbances, and/or policy violations.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and/or unusual activity, and relay relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
