Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Candidates must demonstrate comfort and proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204). This requirement is crucial as our operations rely heavily on technology for communication, reporting, and data management.
  • Candidates must have prior customer service experience (B219). This experience is vital for roles that require interaction with clients, customers, or the public, ensuring that our team members can provide exceptional service and support.
  • Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or associates by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a distribution location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery appointments, issue visitor and contractor badges, and maintain accurate access records.
  • Control access for employees, vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures; help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
  • Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns.
