You will manage sign-ins, issue badges, monitor cameras and alarms, support access control, and document security-related activity with clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors at the front desk while following Allied Universal security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Control access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in and sign-out logs, and directing authorized visitors to the appropriate areas.
Monitor alarms, cameras, and building systems from the front desk, document observations, and report suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts to help to deter unwanted activity.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, initiating emergency response activities when appropriate and completing required notifications.
Complete detailed reports, shift logs, and pass-downs, and support security-related administrative tasks such as key control and package or delivery screening per site procedures.
