Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal management.
