As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a utilities location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and report observations. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, parking areas, equipment yards, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, deliveries, and visitors in accordance with established site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations or security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
