You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, managing visitor and contractor entry procedures, and documenting arrivals, departures, and access-related activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Complete accurate reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
