As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at an automotive manufacturing and business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures.
  • Report maintenance issues, hazards, unusual conditions, and security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
