Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at an automotive manufacturing and business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures.
Report maintenance issues, hazards, unusual conditions, and security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
