You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and assist with directing individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, offices, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
