Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly report concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Support adherence to facility traffic, access control, and incident-reporting procedures while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic industrial environment.
