As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Driver Digital Patrol Reporting in Aiea, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document security-related activities while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of retail common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
  • Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
  • Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
