Requirements

Be 21+ years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers while carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location.
Screen individuals, personal property, packages, and/or vehicles at designated access points to help support screening protocols for a busy logistics and distribution environment.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or shipping-related documentation, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or screening concerns to site leadership.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and documenting details as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around screening areas, access points, and the perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
