Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a luxury retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with store leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual behavior to the appropriate contacts.
• Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with incident reporting, and following post orders related to theft prevention, crowd management, and after-hours closing procedures.
