Requirements

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor visitor access, greet and direct guests, verify authorization according to established procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor front-desk communications, cameras, and access points, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues according to site procedures.
• Support a welcoming residential environment by providing information, assisting with resident and guest inquiries, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
