As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be a welcoming presence at a commercial real estate location, supporting visitors, tenants, and staff with exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will monitor access, maintain awareness of security-related activity, assist with front desk operations, and help create a professional environment. Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk in a professional manner, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, and issue visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor building access points, visitor activity, and front-desk communications, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while supporting a welcoming commercial property environment.
