Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with X-Ray screening is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or vendor entry as directed, and document arrivals, departures, and other relevant activity.
- Communicate with site contacts, employees, and visitors regarding rules, directions, and/or incident information, while completing required reports and logs in a timely manner.
