As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic public-facing location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, manage access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. Use computer or tablet tools to support daily operations while communicating professionally with visitors and team members. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
