Requirements

Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense-related business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, billing and administrative workspaces, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and access-related documentation.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
Assist with the protection of sensitive business information and restricted areas by following access-control procedures and reporting policy concerns.
