Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry, while documenting daily activities, observations, and/or incidents in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate and assist with directing people during alarms, disruptions, and/or other urgent situations.
