As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, assisting with visitor directions, tenant inquiries, and adherence to site access procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
