Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas as assigned.
Monitor access to the location by observing visitor activity, checking credentials when required, and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity that could help to deter unwanted behavior.
Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and inquiries, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders during routine and unusual situations.
