As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, exterior perimeters, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized persons, vehicles, or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and appropriate site contacts.
