This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license under Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or access procedures in accordance with property rules, helping to support an orderly environment for occupants and guests.
  • Assist with routine site operations by reporting hazards, checking doors and gates, and following post orders related to after-hours activity, deliveries, and/or contractor access.
