As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and provide respectful customer service while communicating clearly with team members and site contacts. Requirements

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities for a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and perimeter checkpoints, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with badge and/or credential checks as directed, and report irregularities in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and/or assistance per site procedures.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management as required.
