Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a transportation location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts.
Conduct regular and random patrols of parking areas, entrances, walkways, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that need attention.
Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian activity to help support site rules, traffic flow, and authorized use of the location.
Communicate with visitors, employees, and/or contractors in a professional manner while assisting with directions, general questions, and reporting of security-related concerns.
