Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking lots, trailer areas, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor or driver activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and promptly.
