Requirements

Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and other designated locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
