As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge procedures. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors at an automotive business location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Conduct regular and random patrols of vehicle storage areas, loading zones, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain awareness of vehicle, pedestrian, and delivery traffic entering and leaving the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
